Ical Feeds

You can add add an iCal feed to your Outlook Calendar. The events will get updated as new events are added to the Live Whale Group calendar.  

To achieve that:

1. Go to Feed Builder on the documentation website.
2. Select your group from the groups dropdown list.
3. Select the specific tag you want to build the feed for tags dropdown list, if applicable.
4. Copy the  ical  URL.
5. The URL will look like https://events.iu.edu/live/ical/events/group_id/53
6. Open your Outlook Calendar.
7. Right click Other Calendars.
8. Select Add Calendar | From Internet.
9. Enter the URL of iCal Calendar copied in step 4.
10. Click Ok to add the calendar subscription.
11. Once added, you may choose to rename your Calendar subscription and also set a different color for it.
