LiveWhale events calendar documentation

On Tuesday, September 15, 2020, Indiana University upgraded the Live Whale calendar system to version 1.7. See what changed.

The LiveWhale events calendar system is a centralized tool to manage events on both the local (group) and global (campus) level. All official Indiana University departments, schools, and programs are encouraged to use the calendar.

During the transition process, you can sign up for training sessions and watch recorded Infoshare.

Attend a training session

If you will be publishing to your group’s event calendar and you would like training, we are offering training sessions at the dates and times below. These meetings may be in person or remote.

Bloomington
